When do entries close?
Entries closed on Sunday January 31, 2010
Is it possible to receive a late entry into the Event?
No - entries have been open for over seven months and closed on January 31. ABSOLUTELY NO further entries will be granted. Please do not contact us for a late entry as a refusal may offend.
Where do I find information on the 2011 event?
Please email australia@ironman.com for further details on the 2011 event.
I need to withdraw - how do I do this?
Please email glendabaggs@ironmanoz.com and state that you want to withdraw from Ironman Australia and include your full name and your date of birth for verification. A cancellation fee of $200 applies to withdrawals up to 5pm on Friday 26 March. After this time no refund will be given. The money will go directly back onto the credit card that you paid with.
I can't make it to Registration, what should I do?
ALL competitors need to register on either Thursday 25 March (10am-3pm) or Friday 26 March (10am-4pm). If you can not make this time then you will not be able to race.
Can I enter Ironman Australia now even though my validation race will not be until later in the year?
Yes - you can enter any time up to Sunday 31 January 2010 however your entry will not be validated until after you have completed your race in the Australian Half Ironman series
Age qualification for Kona Hawaii
WTC policy dictates that the IMA age division qualifying slots for Kona will be determined as age as at 31 December 2010. Therefore, even if you have had a birthday between IMA and Kona you will still race in the same category as both events use your age as at 31 December 2010 to determine your category.
